Il Rosso was born in 2007 in Piazza di Basilicanova in the province of Parma. The shop is composed by 8 rooms which are divided into three room for tattoos, a room for piercing, sterile room, waiting room, bathroom and closet.
Hygiene is placed first, in fact we made daily cleaning divided in different times of the day.
The four rooms used as a tattoo and piercing station are cleaned and disinfected after each individual customer with disinfectants with medical supervision in order to avoid any risk of contamination.
The sterile room is also cleaned daily and equipped with an autoclave (model determined by current regulations), bagging machine and ultrasound. All other environments are cleaned daily with special disinfectant products.
The needles are SINGLE USE and are disposed in containers specifically designed for the disposal of sharp solids at infectious risk.
Gloves and any other single-use material are disposed in a special wastebasket (as required by current regulations) for solid, uncoated, at risk of biological contamination.
NON-DISPOSABLE equipment ARE subjected to three different cleaning and sterilization procedures:
WASHING: Grips, tips, pincers, piercings, etc are stored in special cylinders and subjected to ultrasonic cleaning for three cycles;
- first wash the instrumentation is immersed in the water which is joined by the ESODROX, a disinfecting substance capable of breaking down most of the battery mass and eliminating any organic residues;
- second washing is used to degrease the equipment that is immersed in water mixed with a degreaser;
- third step is the rinse with water;
Several tests are carried out in the sHOP to ensure that sterilization takes place at its best and with maximum safety.
-VACUUM TEST: The vacuum test is a control cycle to check the functioning status of an autoclave for sterilization. The test consists in reaching a vacuum threshold and maintaining the vacuum for a determined period of time (20/30 min). The autoclave must be able to maintain the vacuum permanently. A receipt is issued with the result of the test that is kept in a diary.
-HELIX TEST: The Helix Test system verifies the penetration of steam into a hollow body. The test consists of a silicone tube of 1.5 meters per 2mm diameter. At one end of the tube a multi-parameter indicator is placed in a special capsule. The test allows checking the ability of the autoclave to suck up all the air present in the tube and allow the steam to penetrate up to the capsule and turn the colors of the indicator.
-SPORE TEST: In this shop a further test is carried out, to guarantee that the instrumentation and the machines used are free of spores. Once every 3 months a check is made on the presence or absence of bacteria inside the autoclave, through the use of special tubes one of which is subjected to a complete sterilization cycle, both are then put in culture to check the possible bacterial growth (common practice among dentists).
At each load a sterilization indicator is also inserted that allows to evaluate with extreme confidence if inside the envelopes containing the instruments, all the conditions that characterize a correct sterilization have been reached: time, temperature, pressure. If the sterilization is successful, the indicator will turn from yellow to black.
All material is purchased from Italian dealers in possession of licenses;
Colors are non-toxic and sterile with adequate labeling and technical data sheet;
Ink cups are eliminated after use on each individual subject even if the content has not been exhausted;
All needles are single use, non-disposable grips are in stainless steel or in Ergal;
Gloves, masks, sleeves, apron and consumer products are STRICTLY DISPOSABLE.
Each piece, from jewelry to grips, is individually wrapped. Piercings are purely made of surgical steel and titanium (material also used in surgery for its hypoallergenic properties).
EVERY PIERCING IS MADE EXCLUSIVELY BY USING SINGLE NEEDLES.
